Life with boys:
No 1:
He emailed me his homework with this message... don't get me started on the spelling 'becuase' I'll get depressed... but really? Are emails 'old fashioned' already?
Me: "(insert name here) I know you're already in bed but did you put your phone in my room?"
No 2: "Of course, it's on your chest of drawers."
With my motherly's alarm bells ringing and sixth sense on alert I go and check...
Me: "GET IN HERE IMMEDIATELY WITH YOUR PHONE, YOU JUST GAVE ME AN EMPTY CASE!!!"
No 3 appears on top of the stairs in this 'attire'
Me: "ahem... what are you wearing?"
No 3: "oh I was hot so I took my top off..."
... because of course the ski pants are totally normal clothing for a snowless afternoon after school...
There's no hope.
Sigh.
I'm laughing. It's a good job they're funny isn't it. I had a conversation with my eldest earlier that went something like this. Me: You haven't got cookery tomorrow have you? Him: Yes! Me: You ARE joking? Him: No. Chilli nachos.
Well, at least I suppose it's better than finding out at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning. CJ xx

Universities have found that it is very difficult getting students to read emails so you are not alone. Unfortunately it is not an optional part of adult life so he had better get used to it!
