Do you remember I said May would be the month to finally finish some UFOs?
Well, the big crochet blanket is almost there...
Just a couple of miles more of picot edging and than it's done!
Then there is this log cabin/green fever cushion...
It needs a back and probably some sort of embroidery on the linen strips.
And then there is the lace knitting jumper/vest 'thang'. Oh my oh my did that give me grief or what!! BUT I'm happy to say I've cracked that baby and it's coming along. Slowly, but nicely.
There is also my brother's quilt... but I'm under strict instructions of NOT showing it till he receive it. The back and front are done and it WILL be finished this week.
And then I'll be freeeeeeeeeeeee to start at least another 4 projects, I do believe that the number of UFOs must remain constant in order to maintain the world in balance... what do you think?
I totally agree. Otherwise chaos will overtake order, and none of us want that. A UFO balance is not just a good idea, it's our solemn duty.

I am in awe of all the things you're working on! And I think I may use your picot edging idea for my own crochet blanket, when I get back to it. Looks great.

Everything looks fantastic and your lace knitting is gorgeous! Love that edge you used on the crocheted blanket too.

I've been using very similar looking yarn (Rowan kid silk haze) for a shrug thing I'm making for my mum. It looks beautiful but is an absolute pig to work with, I'm relieved to be on the homestretch!
I can't wait to see your finished pieces, they're all looking/sounding mighty fine!

I love that edging in red - so unbelievably
happy! I am also glad you didn't let those yarn overs get you down, it is a beautiful blue cloud. You make me want to churn through my WIPs.

gorgeous picot edging - really sets the blanket off beautifully and the lace is wonderful, so fine and delicate. Glad you have a healthy attitude to UFOs - I never finish anything off without first starting something else it would just feel wrong to not have something on the go!

Yay! Don't you just love progress?

Everything looks like they are coming along very well. Knitting and crochet would be so much quicker if it weren't for edging!

You can keep your UFO's to 4!! You are an amazingly balanced person indeed! The lace is looking good!

all of your UFOs look great!
I am a firm believer that one should have many UFOs to help alleviate boredom.

Wow! You're busy and such beautiful works...I tend to go off my UFOs and not touch them, sometimes ever, when I get sick of their unfinished-ness.
