Two books Wednesday
Magical in places.
Delightful. I've always been a fan of Clare Balding. Utterly English (do you know what I mean?)
Well, I'll have to get that Balding book off Amazon since the library doesn't carry anything of hers. I do love English authors.

Clare Balding is one of my favourite people. I must get round to reading her book.

Oooh, thanks for the suggestions. Did you see the interview with Rachel Joyce on Amazon? (http://www.amazon.com/The-Unlikely-Pilgrimage-Harold-Fry/dp/0812993292/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1359638030&sr=8-1&keywords=the+unlikely+pilgrimage+of+harold+fry) Very interesting -- and now I want to read that book!

I have both these books in my reading pile. The only problem is that the reading pile is so large it will probably take me ten years to work through it, and of course meanwhile I'll have added a bunch more books!

I loved Rachel's book, it was my favourite read of 2012.I don't really know who Clare is, other than she's on telly in England, but will have a look for it here.Note I called Rachel my her first name, after reading her book, I decided she had to be related, as my mother was a Joyce.I felt that the book was so good, I should claim some sort of kinship. LOL, if only those writing genes were inherited, and indeed if we were related.
