It's time.
I have no excuses.
It's simply that time of year again...
The sky is a little bit bluer, the temperature a little bit higher...
and this is just around the corner.
This year I've discovered a great website called 'map my run'. You can register for free or take up different levels of memberships offering various services like training programmes etc., but the best thing for me is the facility that allows you to map your run and find out exactly the distance you ran, no matter where you live... (instead of trying to guesstimate it/drive it in your car etc.). It's also a bit depressing because you feel that for the effort you put in the distance should be MUCH more, but maybe that's just me!
Better get moving. (even if it's painful... oh so very painful the first few times...).Will you join me?
